REQUEST FOR ASL INTERPRETERS

If you are an employee of the district and require an ASL interpreter to assist with communicating with students and/or parents who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, the link provided below will direct you to download a "Request for ASL Interpreter" form. 

In order to process your request in a timely manner, Human Resources requests that you perform the following steps:

1. Download a "Request for ASL Interpreter" form here: ASL Request Form
2. Complete the form electronically or print and fill in the necessary information
3. Return the completed request form to the HR contact below:
