To be honest, there is way too much information, and mis-information out there nowadays. It can be overwhelming and stressful.
How do you know who and what to believe? Where can you find "the truth"?
The best thing you can do is
1) Go to multiple websites. Read and compare the information. Do your research. Check for bias.
Think: If 5 websites say the same thing, and 1 website does not fit the narrative, maybe that 1 is false.
The most important thing you can do is fact check and think for yourself.
Don't believe everything you see on TV, social media, or even online. Cross check your information.
