    Mission Statement: 

    Maverick Baseball is dedicated to supporting the overall mission of MVHS Athletics and the educational mission of Mesa Verde High School. We value hard work, integrity. We also have the following goals:

    • Developing high-character young adults

  • Coach 

    Travis Miller

    Travis has been the head coach at Mesa Verde since 2015 and is alumni c/o 2003. After graduating from Mesa, he attended Cal Poly, SLO earning a BA in Political Science, then his MEd from WGU. Travis is also the athletic director and social science teacher on campus. When not on the baseball field or the classroom, Travis can be found with his wonderful family. Before coaching at Mesa, he held several positions in the El Camino baseball program as well as teaching for several years in the special education setting.
