Camp Invention 6/21-7/16/2021 (M-F) 8:30 am-12:30pm Arcade, Del Paso Manor, Dyer Kelly, Grand Oaks, Greer, Kingswood, Starr King, Whitney, Will Rogers Kindergarten-8th; serves up to 1400 students; Includes science hands on learning, language, literacy and math for students at Title sites; Provide eligible students with the opportunity to develop reasoning, academic language and STEM concepts through hands-on project based learning using an online platform to provide support to students and families as they work through engaging weekly tasks. Math Camp Monday, July 19 - Friday, July 30, 2021 Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Edison, Lichen, and Pershing Open to incoming 3rd-graders. Math Camp has a focus on growth mindsets. Students will be encouraged to grow their brains and mathematical thinking through positive messages and reflection about learning math. Math Camp is also designed for students to work on open tasks to build collaborative skills and push their thinking beyond grade-level standards.
