• 4/5 Combo and Fifth Grade Supply List – 2022-2023

     

    Individual Supplies:

     

    4 each Mead composition notebook (No plastic covers, please!)

    1 pair of scissors labeled with student name

    4 packages of #2 Ticonderoga pencils 

    Pencil sharpener with lid- labeled with student name

    Colored pencils (12-24) 

    2-ULTRA FINE tip Sharpie marker in black

    1 highlighter

    3 Expo Fine tip dry erase markers (the smaller markers)

    1 each white board eraser

    3 pack of glue sticks

    1 each 1 1/2” binder with pockets (please, no bigger and no zippers)

    1-2 packages of binder paper with at least 150 sheets

    1 pair of headphones to be used for testing and for iReady lessons

    1 White cotton T-Shirt or Long Sleeve T-shirt for Tie Dying

     

    Field trip and miscellaneous supply donations(incentive prizes, stickers, treats)--TBD 

    based on current CDC/District guidelines/recommendations. WE WILL GO ON FIELD

    TRIPS IF WE ARE ALLOWED.

     

     Anything that you could contribute for whole class use would be greatly 

    appreciated.  Some items needed are:

     

    Printer paper

    Binder paper 

    #2 pencils

    Fine tip dry erase marker (Expo brand)

    Ultra fine Sharpies (We use them a lot, and they wear out)

    Pencil sharpeners with lids (They break and get lost, so extras really help)

    Disinfecting wipes (We use lots!)

    Boxes and boxes of tissue (We use LOTS!)

    Stickers/Prizes

     

    Your AVID planner will be handed out by your teacher as soon as they are delivered to the

    school.

    We recognize that many families wish to provide supplies for their own student or donate materials for the entire school community and are welcome to do so at any time.  The supplies listed are suggested materials and are not required of any student or family to fully participate in the school’s academic programs.  All required materials and supplies will be provided by schools to students at no cost.
