Vendors, Service Providers and The State Health Order
All individuals providing services to schools are subject to the state health order including those employed by others who provide services under contract or service agreement. This means those providing services on school campuses must be vaccinated or test on a weekly basis and their employer must maintain appropriate records.
As of Oct. 15, all new service agreements and contracts with San Juan Unified will require that providers verify compliance with the state health order.
The district's purchasing department is contacting existing service providers and vendors to verify that they are in compliance.
If you work for a vendor or service provider to the district
Contact your employer for information on how they will verify your vaccination status or support you in the weekly testing requirement if you are not vaccinated. You are required to meet the health order requirements by Oct. 15.
