    ORDERING TRANSCRIPTS & EDUCATION VERIFICATION
    Present & former students:  Casa now uses an online service called "Parchment" to process all  transcripts. 

    Future students please note:
    You will receive an updated UNOFFICIAL transcript in January and June sent with report cards. 

    **Final transcripts may take up to 3 weeks to process.

    You MUST complete the entire form on Parchment, including your FULL legal name used while attending Casa (Jr. II, etc.) - no nicknames or abbreviations.

  • CLASS RANKING
    Per Board Policy, SJUSD does not participate in class ranking, in part because of innumerable variations that can occur in GPA. This is in keeping with nation-wide practices.
