As a result, staff are aware of their standing in the structure of continuing education, and principals are able to monitor staff progress. While district office staff is able to view and enter professional development hours, they do not track the number of hours earned. It is the teacher’s responsibility to notify Human Resources when he/she has sufficient hours for salary advancement.
