Income Guidelines
A household's income, unless categorically approved, must be met in order to qualify for one of our Head Start/State Preschool programs.
To be Head Start eligible, families must make no more than the gross monthly income listed for their family size.

Families who make more than the designated amount may still qualify for Head Start or State Preschool in certain situations, such as if the family receives Cal Fresh/SNAP benefits.
