Information Requests

San Juan Unified values transparency in its decision making and records keeping processes. Members of the public who have a question on a specific topic or would like access to specific documents are encouraged to contact the appropriate office directly.

Transcripts

If you are a former graduate of the San Juan Unified School District, you may order your high school transcripts from the school where you graduated. School contact information is available under the schools listing.

If the school you attended no longer exists, please fill out this form and it will be submitted electronically to recordsrequest@sanjuan.edu

California's Public Records Act Requests

The district's Legal Services office receives these requests and will respond within the timelines provided in the law.  You may submit a formal request by calling (916) 971-7110, completing this form, or emailing. Please do not request student records or transcripts with these links.
