Transcript Request

If you are a current or former San Juan Unified School District high school student you may order your high school transcripts from the school where you graduated or last attended. Former or current students over the age of 18 must request their own transcript. Parents cannot unless they are listed as the legal guardian or conservator (FERPA).

To request a transcript from your high school, find your school from the list below.    Click your school, then click the link for Parchment or the associated transcript link.  After you have ordered your transcript (if digital), it will be available in your Parchment account to download. You should receive an email from Parchment with status updates/ availability. There may be a fee associated with transcript requests.

Third Parties seeking Graduation or Education Verifications, please use the site- specific Parchment Page

Requests can take up to five business days to process. Current student requests take precedence over former students.

School Ranking on Transcripts

Per San Juan Unified School District Board Policy, San Juan Unified no longer ranks students. In keeping with nation-wide practices, class ranking is no longer reported to Institutions of Higher Learning nor is the information given to students or families due to the innumerable variations that can occur in GPA calculations. Students will be evaluated on individual merit without comparison to others.

Copies of Diplomas are not available.

San Juan Unified School District does not provide copies of diplomas. The original diploma (not the legal document) given at the time of graduation is the only one that exists.

If you did not receive your original diploma, please contact the Registrar at your high school to make arrangements to pick up your original diploma.
