Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year, Cougars!

I am eager to see you all on our beautiful campus in the next couple days. The summer flew by, and we are ready for this new educational journey.

This year, our team is taking professional development on Restorative Practices, instructional alignment and analyzing data all student centered and focused on student learning with the goal that every student’s needs are met physical, mentally, socially, and academically.

At Sierra Oaks, we are committed to partnering with our families and community to support student learning. There are many opportunities to get involved on our campus including through our School Site Council, PTA, volunteering in the classroom or on field trips. I am thrilled to share with you that this year, we will be bringing back many traditional events and activities.

If you have not already done so, please consider joining us on social media, Sierra Oaks PTA to receive updates and announcements. I will also email a weekly Cougar Chronicle with important information, updates, and upcoming events.

Please be sure to listen to calls and read emails from me it’s probably an important announcement.
