Dear Schweitzer Families,
Welcome both new and returning Wildcat families to the 2021/2022 Albert Schweitzer Elementary School year. I think I can speak for students, teachers and other parents that we are excited to be back in the classroom after the distant learning module.
I want to introduce myself as your PTA President and I look forward to seeing what we can accomplish in our community this school year. I have been a Schweitzer parent for 3 years and a part of the PTA board for 3 years. I feel like the PTA here at Schweitzer is one large family with the same goal of providing each student with the best learning environment possible.
The children, the teachers and staff are working so hard to make our school year one of the best, for that reason, I urge everyone to get involved. Take advantage now and get involved to help create a truly wonderful in person learning experience for our children at Schweitzer! Before you know it, our children will be off to middle school, then high school and beyond...
Schweitzer PTA sponsors many events throughout the year intended to enrich the experience at Schweitzer. The Fall Festival, Holiday Breakfast, Family Reading Night, and the School Play are only made possible through our combined efforts. We’re hoping these events will be able to happen this year and more.
