  • Bella Vista's Senior Cut Policy How do I clear an absence?

    Leave a message on the 24hr attendance recorder at 971-5002, or email BellaVistaAbsence@sanjuan.edu with the following information:

    Student's full name
    Your relationship to the student
    Date(s) of the absence(s)
    Reason for the absence

    Absences not cleared within 5 school days become truancies.

    How do I get an early dismissal?

    Please write a note with the time and the reason and have the student turn it in to the attendance office before school starts. Please do not e-mail for early dismissals.
