Classroom Supplies:
Successful students come to class every day prepared and ready to work. The following supplies are needed every day:
Math 8
- Two 100 page Single Subject Spiral Notebooks for taking notes and attaching worksheets (8 1/2 by 11)
- Pencils
- Erasers
- Colored pencils
- Churchill Planner – write down the daily agenda/assignment
- Scotch tape (preferred)/Mini stapler
- ¼ inch graph paper (optional)
- Scissors (optional)
- Post-Its (optional)
- Ruler (inches and mm – optional)
- Scientific Calculator (optional, like a TI-30 or something between $6-$20)
IM 1
- Two 100 page Single Subject Spiral Notebooks for taking notes and attaching worksheets (8 1/2 by 11)
- Scotch tape (preferred)/Mini stapler
- Pencils
- Erasers
- Scientific calculator (no more than $20; needs exponent button)
- You don't need a graphing calculator. We will use the free website/app DESMOS when we need to graph.
- Protractor (try to find a smaller one if you can)
- Compass
- Post-Its (for making tabs and showing work when you don't have enough space)
- Graph Paper (small amount)
- Colored pencils/pens
IM 2
- Two 100 page Single Subject Spiral Notebooks for taking notes and attaching worksheets (8 1/2 by 11)
- Scotch tape (preferred)/Mini stapler
- Pencils
- Erasers
- Ruler (or protractor since it has a straight edge and fits in a pencil case easier)
- Post-Its (for making tabs and showing work when you don't have enough space)
- Graph Paper (small amount)
- Colored pencils/pens
- Graphing Calculator (optional model TI 84 Plus CE; We will use the free website/app DESMOS when we need to graph.)
