Welcome to Mrs. Day's Class!!!October 2016 -Check out this AWESOME board of student work! Our history classes this year have the wonderful opportunity for Arts Integration with Mrs. Munger. Our first unit on Rome culminated with this Roman mosaic-inspired artwork. Students painted and salted their own paper, cut the mosaic 'tiles,' researched a sea creature to create, sketched their mosaic, and then created their mosaic piece for our class underwater scene! What beautiful work!Interested in ordering books for your student or other kiddos to read? Want to help improve and promote the LOVE of reading?
