Sylvan Middle School is located in the city of Citrus Heights at the intersections of Auburn Blvd. and Old Auburn Rd. As the only middle school in Citrus Heights, we value the tremendous role we play in helping to shape the future of our community.Our current enrollment is approximately 700 students in grades 6-8. We are excited about our new our state of the art new campus (opened Fall 2016). With the opening of the new site, we also embraced a STEAM focus/ curriculum. STEAM stands for Science Technology Engineering Art and Math. Because of our STEAM focus we strive to engage all students in hands on, relevant, problem solving experiences.

* Roughly 35 teaching staff members
* State of the art Science wing, shop, band room and art studio.
* New locker rooms
* Sports Teams: volleyball, boys and girls basketball, track and field and wrestling
