    During these long days of in-home social distancing to help fight the spread of COVID-19 remember to maintain your health & wellness:


    1.) Exercise regularly

    *Take a daily walk or jog for 20-30 min.

    Go for a bike ride or practice a favorite sport activity

    2.) Eat a healthy diet

    *Include fruits & vegetables with every meal and drink lots of water

    3.) Get plenty of sleep

    *Shoot for at least 7-8 hours a day


    Even though most of your learning is now taking place online, try to turn off the electronics when you can and get outside! Read a book and spend time bonding with your family, try adding a board or card game in the evening!
