8th grade Physical Education
During these long days of in-home social distancing to help fight the spread of COVID-19 remember to maintain your health & wellness:
1.) Exercise regularly
*Take a daily walk or jog for 20-30 min.
Go for a bike ride or practice a favorite sport activity
2.) Eat a healthy diet
*Include fruits & vegetables with every meal and drink lots of water
3.) Get plenty of sleep
*Shoot for at least 7-8 hours a day
Even though most of your learning is now taking place online, try to turn off the electronics when you can and get outside! Read a book and spend time bonding with your family, try adding a board or card game in the evening!

Due to the temporary closure of all San Juan schools the 2020 Pasteur track season will be postponed until further notice. We hope to resume as soon as students return to school.
