- Senior Portraits
12/11/2020: Due to State orders surrounding COVID, we will be closing our office. We hope to open as soon as the mandatory 3 weeks is over. Right now, we hope to open January 4th. There is still time to be photographed as the last day for Seniors to be photographed is February 20th in order to meet the deadline. Although the studio is physically closed, we will have CSR's answering/returning calls as well as emails.

GRADUATION PICTURESBill Smith will offer photos of the graduation ceremony. You can order online before the ceremony (www.BillSmithPhoto.com/Grad). Parents/students can also turn in completed order forms (1) before the start of the ceremony, (2) after the ceremony has concluded, (3) or by mailing the order form to the Roseville studio. Please do not have your student hold the order form during the ceremony. There are also blank order forms available at the Bella Vista Front Desk. Questions? Graduation Ceremony FAQsWhen and where will the ceremony be held?• Thursday, June 3 from 8 – 10 am• Bella Vista Large Quad• There are no “in and out” privileges once you enter the Quad. Please bring all necessary items with you (coats, water bottles, etc.).How many tickets does each student receive?• Each senior is given 8 tickets. Due to the size of the graduating class, we are unable to provide additional tickets. Children under age 2 may sit on a parent’s lap without a ticket.Where do I park?• The doors to the quad open at 7 AM. Parking is limited, so please arrive early. There will be designated handicapped parking. You may also find parking on nearby streets, which makes it easier to exit after the ceremony. Carpooling is encouraged.When should graduates arrive and what should they wear?• Students must be in the small gym in proper attire by 7:15 am: unadorned/unmodified cap, gown and tassel. Please do not add any decorations. Leis, balloons, etc., are not allowed until after the ceremony. Please assist us in making this a dignified and memorable occasion by ensuring your student arrives on time and dressed appropriately:BOYS: Dress slacks, short or long sleeved shirt with a collar, dress shoes. Ties optional.GIRLS: Dress, skirt and blouse, or dress pants. Flats, heels or dressy sandals. No plunging necklines, bare midriffs, backless below the waist, or slits above mid-thigh.FOR BOYS AND GIRLS: no jeans, shorts, flip flops, tennis shoes or running shoes.Are there accommodations for wheelchairs?• There will be a designated area near the Attendance Office for guests in wheelchairs. The handicapped restroom is in the B wing – accessible via the ramp next to wheelchair seating.Where are the best spots for pictures? Can I order professional pictures?• Good spots for pictures are under the evergreens as the students exit the stage down the ramp, or along the sidewalk that encircles the center set of chairs. Please avoid blocking the graduates’ pathway or the audience’s view of the stage.• Bill Smith Photography will be taking portraits of the 2020 graduates at the Ceremony. Senior academics, behavior and attendanceAlthough students may be tempted to slack off their last semester, colleges do review final grades and will occasionally revoke admission. Additionally, students will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony if they have too many truancies or have engaged in inappropriate behavior.III.
