• Using the Student Technology Support Website

     

    1. Visit portal.sanjuan.edu and click on Technology Support tile.
    2. Enter your student email and password at the login screen.
    3. Use the "How Can We Help?" search bar.
    4. Click on the options to look through our help documents that might solve your technology problem.
    5. If you still don't have an answer, click on the Get Help option to create a ticket.
    6. Click on Create a Ticket Student.
    7. Fill out all the necessary information about the issue you are having.
    8. Click Submit! - You will then see the timeline started to track your ticket.
