The Communication Office is responsible for day-to-day gathering and sharing of information with families, local partners, news media and others. The office publishes the weekly San Juan Scene community e-newsletter, Behind the Scenes employee e-newsletter and Leadership Reflections for school and central office leaders. The communication team also manages the District's social media presence on Facebook and Twitter and is responsible for oversight of website content. Schools are supported directly by the communication team through consulting on a variety of issues including marketing, outreach and crisis response.
