Mesa Verde Counseling Department PurposeThe Mesa Verde Counseling Department's primary purpose is to directly help, support, and advocate for Maverick students. What do School Counselors Do?A few examples of how School Counselors serve the Mesa Verde community are assisting with course selection, academic planning & goal setting, problem solving, crisis counseling, social struggles, career investigation, college admissions, and general "life help." School Counselors are also the primary contact for Student Support Team (SST) and Section 504 meetings. Contact information for each counselor can be found to the right.
