Western Association of School Credentialing (WASC)

  • W.A.S.C and W.A.S.C. Reports

WASC is a process designed to strengthen schools in the delivery of quality educational programs. Accreditation is important to schools as it impacts students' access to colleges, universities and career opportunities in a variety of ways. An effective WASC self-study review is a powerful tool for schools to improve the quality of education and more effectively serve students and families.

The WASC process fosters excellence in elementary, secondary, adult, and post-secondary education by encouraging school improvement through a process of continuing evaluation and to recognize, by accreditation, schools that meet an acceptable level of quality, in accordance with established criteria.

The Mira Loma community has enjoyed this challenging and exciting endeavor. Here you will find the updated document for 2016-17 showing the results of our hard work.

For the 2019-2020 school year, Mira Loma will undergo a mid-cycle review to ensure that the campus is progressing towards its WASC goals. Here is the updated mid-cycle WASC report: (click here to access the report)
