Things to know:
- Be sure to write clearly and fill out the form completely.
- If you need your transcript emailed to a school, please write the email address clearly
- If you need it sent via Naviance, please write the name(s) of the college or university
- If your schools are not loaded into your Naviance profile, it will delay the upload process
- Incomplete forms will take longer to process
- Requests take a minimum of 2 days
- Hard Copy Transcripts are NOT mailed from the school. You will get your hard copy Official Transcript in a sealed envelope.
- You will be notified via email when your transcript is ready for pick- up
- Mailing your hard copy transcript:
- Place your sealed and labeled envelope in another envelope
- Address it to your desired college or university
- Get a tracking number when mailing from either the post office, Raley’s or Bel Air grocery stores
- Education Verification must be submitted to Ms. Smith in writing. Please email her the request.
