    Free Virtual Counseling for the Community

    The Center for Counseling and Diagnostic Services (CCDS) was quick to realize that providing much-needed counseling services was going to be a challenge under a shelter in place order. With the community at large at risk in these high-stress times, the CCDS decided to expand its services to help better serve the community. They were quickly able to transition sessions to be conducted over the phone or private video chat. With these new options in place, CCDS is able to provide counseling services for adults, couples, family units, and children. Counselors can help with but are not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationships.
