• Hello Students!

If you are under 18 years old, you are required by law to obtain a work permit. Your employer should request you have one in place before you start working. There are several steps to take in order to get a work permit.

The first is completing a work permit application. You can follow this link to print a copy or send an email to the work permit contact listed below and ask that the form be emailed to your school email address.

There is a section for you to complete (entitled "Student"), one for your employer to complete (entitled "Employer") and your parent/guardian must sign and date the application, as well as the employer

We prefer that you then email a scanned copy or legible picture (from your cell phone) of the completed application to the work permit contact listed below to verify the information on the form is accurate and complete. It allows us to prepare the permit before you come to pick it up.

The permit requires your signature so you will need to coordinate a time to meet at campus in the Administration Office with the work permit contact listed below. Current permit pick times are Wednesdays from 1:45-3:30 pm, Fridays from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, and on Mondays by specific appointment time only. No pick up available on non-school or non-instruction days.

The current work permit contact is:

Please contact the work permit contact listed above with any questions or if you need help with the request form.
