Mira Loma Athletics Information

All student-athletes will need…

1. A completed 2022-2023 SportsNet account (This is required every year) 
   Go to SportsNet
   
   
2. A Physical (on the SJUSD form) dated on or after June 1st, 2022 (This is required every year)
   Athletic Clearance Packet
   
   
3. Meet the CIF academic guidelines of a 2.0 GPA or better with no more than one (1) F

Please note: If you did not start school at Mira Loma as a Freshman, CIF transfer paperwork would need to be filed. 

No athlete may attend tryouts, practice(s), or games without the athletic online forms and physical completed.
