Notice to Parents: Meal pick-up procedure for hybrid learning
When hybrid learning begins on March 22, your student(s) will need new validation forms specific to their curbside meal pickup. New forms are yellow, blue, and orange.
In order to receive one of the colored validation forms below you must: (1) bring all your children or (2) bring the old green validation form or (3) bring the emailed “Meal Pick-Up Procedure for Hybrid Learning” letter.
Yellow Form- for Cohort A students ONLY and must be used when picking up meals on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Mondays and Tuesdays, your child will receive meals when leaving school.
Blue Form - for Cohort B students ONLY and must be used when picking up meals on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. On Thursdays and Fridays, your child will receive meals when leaving school.
Orange Form - for Cohort C students and non-enrolled children ONLY and must be used when picking up meals daily.
- Based on the cohorts that children are in, a family may have more than one color validation form(s).
- Once we validate and give you the applicable form(s), you must show the form(s) every time you come to receive meals.
- Nutrition Services will only provide meals to the pre-validated number of children.
- If lost, or should the cohort or number of children change, a new validation form(s) will be required.

To allow adults or others to pick-up meals for students without them being present and help us meet state program requirements, each family will be issued a new green validation form by our curbside Nutrition Services staff that authorizes the pickup of a specific number of meals. The new green form will be needed each time meals are picked up.
There are two ways in which a family may obtain the new validation form:
- Bring the validation letter that was issued to you by Nutrition Services in August and a new green validation form will be issued to you based on the number of students listed on the old letter.
- On the first day of meal pickup, bring with you the letter, if you have one, and any other children for whom you will be picking up meals. A green validation form will be issued to you based on that number of children. After the first day, children need not be present for pickup.
If you lose your new green validation form, you will need to bring all children again in order to be issued a new form.
