New Hybrid Schedule
Begins on Monday, 3/22/21!
Hello Churchill Families & Students,
We are finally ready to begin our new hybrid schedule on Monday, March 22nd and wanted to make sure we covered a few last-minute details. This is also the start of our 4th quarter.
We are excited about seeing many of our students on campus (A & B cohort) and continuing to support our distance learning students (C cohort). Our teachers and staff have worked hard to ensure our students feel welcome and safe as we begin our 4th quarter and move into this hybrid model.
Attached to this email (and live links below) you will find some helpful information.
Family Welcome Packets (All languages Click Here) - This important packet contains health and prescreening requirements for our students in the A & B cohorts and will be sent home for a signature to all families. Please be sure to perform a daily symptom check on your student to ensure they are symptom-free. (English click here)
Cohort A, B & C Schedule Planner (Click Here) - Parents & Students - this is really helpful!! This schedule planner includes a link so that you can fill in the chart with the subject, teacher name and room numberHybrid Model Info Webpage (Click Here) - Our school webpage has been updated to include many resources about our new hybrid model with information updated regularly.
Hybrid Bell Schedule & School Map - Churchill will follow the hybrid bell schedule that is attached here starting on Monday, March 22. Please note that the 0 Period start time only applies to Advanced Band students. Also, note that Wednesdays are Asynchronous days with No Live Zoom Classes. Student attendance will be taken and students should log in to Google Classroom for each of your classes every Wednesday.
Churchill Safe Re-Opening Presentation - This is the in-person safety presentation that was covered during our Family Information Night on Wednesday, March 17th. You can also view the recorded presentation on our website by clicking here.
We are doing our absolute best to ensure students will be safe and have a positive learning environment when we get back on campus. We also know that we will need to make some adjustments and learn along the way.
We thank you for your support and look forward to having a great 4th quarter in the new hybrid format.
