What is our Purpose? Our is in creating a safe environment; fostering acceptance, feeling of equality, openness, and listening; expanding awareness of inclusiveness and diversity; providing venues for direct conversations and voicing ideas; desire for observable changes and/or policy changes to support.

What are our Goals? To create an inclusive environment at Rio Americano where each student receives what they need to reach their social and academic potential.
