• Steffanie Kramer, School Community Worker-Attendance Improvement Program

-My job as an Attendance School community worker is to ensure that students are getting to school daily and on time. I provided data and suggestions to school sites to help them decrease their Chronic Absenteeism rates. I work with families as a whole to come up with a plan of action when it comes to making school a priority in their child’s life. If you are struggling to get your student to school daily and on time please feel free to contact me.
