The dictionary is the only place that success comes before work. Work is the key to success, and hard work can help you accomplish anything. Vince LombardiWelcome students, parents, and visitors! As we transition back to in-person learning, clear and open communication between school, parents, and students is more important than ever. My goal is to provide access to all the necessary information and resources needed for parents and students to have a successful learning experience. In order to be successful distance learners, students will need access to the following resources. In order to support their students, parents will need to be able to access them as well.
All of the above resources, with the exception of IXL, can be accessed by students through the San Juan Portal. The link to the portal is above and also at the bottom every page on my site. Students and parents, if you haven't yet done so recently, make sure to log into the portal and discover how to access these sites (and more!). Parents, you will need to log in using your student's San Juan account information. Also, students, when attempting to access your school Google accounts at home, you need to make sure your browser is set to your school Google account. It you need help knowing how to do that, this video might prove helpful. Parents, if you do not know your student's San Juan log in username and password, you can find that information in their Q profile (login credentials), or if you email me I can provide it for you.
I am attempting, on this site, to provide all the information that students in my classes and their parents might need. Please take the time to visit the pages relevant to you, and to seek to find the answers to any questions you might have. Also, I anticipate that I will be adding new pages and updating existing ones with new and relevant information during this period of distance learning. However, if you have any further questions, or need to contact me for any reason, please email me: firstname.lastname@example.org.Thanks so much! With your great attitude and willingness to work hard to succeed, we can make it through this school year together, even when we are apart.
The capacity to learn is a gift; the ability to learn is skill; the willingness to learn is a choice. Brian Herbert
