Employee Benefits

Eligible employees of San Juan Unified School District are offered a comprehensive benefits package. These benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. The district contribution towards the employee's benefits is determined by the employee's applicable employee group.  

New benefit eligible employees will receive an email from the district's employee benefits team within one week of starting in their position, which will provide information on how to elect benefits.  Employees must waive or enroll in their benefits within 30 days of their start date in a benefit-eligible position.
