  • School District Mental Health Supports for Students, Staff and Families

     

    Hands holding heart icon Mental health and well being is crucial to being a productive learner, nurturer and educator!  Developing skills to care for others as well as yourself is important and often needs assistance. If you are concerned about someone's social emotional well-being, please complete the form below. If you are connected to a school site that has a system of referral, you may use that system as well.

    Requests are confidential and are forwarded by email to the administrative team in the Student Support Services and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). The team will respond to the referral appropriately to follow up. Only those individuals with a need to know will be informed of the referral. All referrals will be responded to as soon as possible.

    If there is a psychological or physical emergency, please call 911 immediately!

    SJUSD Staff seeking to make a mental health referral for a student: Please complete a Tier 3 Referral for Mental Health Evaluation

    (Referral form available on district intranet - submission must come from an @sanjuan.edu email address)

  • Care Solace logo San Juan Unified students, families and staff can now find referrals to pre-screened mental health providers through the Care Solace service. SIMPLEFAST and SAFE tool for substance abuse and mental health help ~ a TRUSTED community of care in partnership with San Juan Unified School District.
