Ethics Training Records

Senate Bill 827 requires all California school board members to complete at least two (2) hours of ethics training every two (2) years. Per California law (Government Code section 53235.2), San Juan Unified School District is providing instructions on how the public may access ethics training records.  

How to Request Ethics Training Records
Members of the public may request ethics training records for San Juan Unified School District board members. The district's Legal Services office receives these requests and will respond within the timelines provided in the law.  You may submit a formal request by calling (916) 971-7110, completing this form, or emailing.
