Governance Handbook
Following a board workshop on March 10, 2015, related to board roles and responsibilities, the board agreed to discuss the development of a governance handbook. The purpose of the handbook is to establish agreed upon protocols and norms to enhance the vision, mission, and goals of the district. A subcommittee consisting of two board members worked with staff to develop a draft governance handbook for board review and discussion. The governance handbook was approved by the board on Sept. 8, 2015. The board agreed to review and renew the agreements annually at the December organizational meeting.
