Supporting Local Families
San Juan Unified School District is joining the effort to support local families facing food insecurity this month. From Nov. 3–14, we invite you to donate non-perishable food, grocery gift cards, or make an online contribution to support families experiencing barriers to accessing food this month.
Donation Drop Off Times: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Drop Off Locations:
- Encina High School
- El Camino Fundamental High School
- San Juan High School
- San Juan Central (Room 14)
- District Office (open until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 6).
Most needed items include: Canned or whole beans, rice, lentils, pasta, ramen, cereal, oatmeal, shelf-stable milk, peanut butter, Nutella, spaghetti sauce, canned soup, canned or dry fruit, crackers, snack bars, cake mix and $25 grocery gift cards
