Menstrual Equity for All Act
Overview
The Menstrual Equity for All Act is a California law that requires schools with students in grades 3-12 to provide menstrual products, such as pads and tampons, in their restrooms. The purpose of this law is to address barriers that interfere with learning and enure that students are not held back because they do not have the necessary supplies.
