Mental health resources available to students, families and staff through Care Solace partnership
San Juan Unified is committed to raising awareness about mental health and equitable access to quality mental health services.
With World Mental Health Day approaching on Oct. 10, San Juan Unified would like to remind students, parents and staff about our ongoing partnership with Care Solace. Care Solace is a complimentary and confidential care coordination service that can help you quickly find mental health or substance use treatment options matched to your needs, regardless of circumstance.
School district staff and families may now access Care Solace services for free in two ways:
1. Call (888) 515-0595 to speak with someone from the Care Solace team. Representatives are standing by to take calls 24/7.
2. Visit www.sanjuan.edu/notalone. Answer 10 easy questions to receive an extensive list of referrals to applicable care providers. Care Solace takes into account all types of private insurance including Medi-Cal, Medicaid and Medicare, as well as those that have no insurance. The platform also filters by age, gender, zip code and special request.
Care Solace does not require a name, address, phone number or date of birth. All information entered on the Care Solace tool is completely confidential and securely stored.
Please note, this service is an optional resource available by choice and is not mandatory in any way. If you are interested in seeking counseling-related services at this time, please consider visiting the Care Solace website for San Juan Unified families and staff.
