Elementary report cards to be available online starting June 15

This message is available in Spanish, Arabic, Farsi-Dari, Russian and Ukrainian.

Electronic copies of report cards can be accessed in Q Parent Connection (AKA: Parent Portal) and Q Student Connection (AKA: Student Portal) on Monday, June 15.

To access, you will need your PIN and Password. If you do not have your PIN and Password, please visit loginreminder.sanjuan.edu and enter your email address or contact our technology services department via email at helpdesksis@sanjuan.edu or via telephone at (916) 971-7195.

Instructions are available on how to access electronic student report cards online in Q:

If you need a printed copy of your student’s report card, please call the Elementary Report Card Request line by calling (916) 971-5749. Please leave a message, with your student’s name, your student’s school and your student’s grade. If known, please include your student’s ID number. Please also include your mailing address (including city and zip code) and a phone number (including area code) in case there are any questions about your request. We will send your student’s report card via US mail in approximately 5-10 business days.

For students with an IEP, you will receive progress on goals either via email by June 15 or by US Post within 5-10 business days. If you do not receive progress on goals, please call (916) 971-7525 and provide us with your child’s full name to request a copy.
