PTA is very excited to host our annual Jog-a-thon on Thursday, October 21st.  This is one of our most successful fundraisers which will help support various programs at Trajan Elementary.  We are excited to streamline our fundraiser by going online.

We need a signed permission slip for each student to participate in the jog-a-thon.  All students can participate in the fundraiser but a signed permission MUST be received for students to run/walk.  Please complete the following Google Form.

If you are unable to access the form, please email or if you would like a hard copy permission slip, please have your student ask the teacher for one.

We are excited to partner with to help streamline the donation process.  You will receive an email with a link to your participant's pledge page. We are shooting for 100% participation so no amount is too small.

A hard copy pledge sheet will also be sent home this week so if friends and family would like to donate via cash or check, please complete the pledge sheet.  Checks should be payable to Trajan PTA.
