The former Mesa Verde High School Booster Club has officially transferred the substantial remaining balance of the Mesa Verde High School Scholarship Fund to the non-profit San Juan Education Foundation. The foundation will administer the fund, in excess of $122,000, to provide support for Mesa Verde High School Students to attend post-secondary educational institutions.
“At a time when our students and families could use it most, this is an incredible act of generosity and partnership in our community,” said Mesa Verde High School Principal Colin Bross.
Scholarships from the fund will be made available for this year’s graduates through an application process hosted at the school. Interested graduating seniors should contact their school counselor for more information or visit the San Juan Education Foundation Scholarship Webpage.
