The Mira Loma Speech and Debate Team had one of its best seasons during the 2018-2019 Year. 

Our Public Forum Team of Praveen Gunendran and Neha Seshadri dominated their event to go to NCFL, CHSSA States and Tournament of Champions. 
In addition, the MLHS Team sent the largest team to Nationals in Dallas Texas that we have ever sent. Unlike sports games or tournaments, where a team wins or loses, the MLHS Team made it further in eliminations than any year, with students making it into Octofinals at Nationals. Moreover, because the entire Nationals Team were Juniors and Sophomores, this experience will return to MLHS to ensure we have another great year! 

The MLHS Speech and Debate Team meets every Monday in F-3 from 3:20-5:20pm.
