San Juan Unified is partnering with Rite Aid to provide a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for anyone 12 years and older on Wednesday, May 19 at Encina Preparatory High School between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Students, families and staff are invited to participate.

Appointments are required and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit www.sanjuan.edu/May19vaccine to make an appointment.

All individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and all participants are asked to bring a copy of their health insurance card, if available. Consent forms are required and we encourage you to bring the completed consent form to expedite your appointment.

The Pfizer vaccine will be distributed at this clinic. Those who receive vaccinations on May 19 will receive information on how to schedule their second dose at the same location on Wednesday, June 9.
